Yearbook 2020 Update

GREETINGS CHARGERS!

We are happy to announce that our 53rd annual Leland 'Legend' Yearbook is on its way to California and should arrive soon. We can't wait to have a look at it, and when possible, get it into your hands. Of course, we are still awaiting word as to when this exciting date will be, but we'll keep you posted.

Greetings Chargers!

The Yearbook has been completed and sent off for printing as of late March. Our 2020 Leland Legend Yearbook will soon arrive back to California, and we're very excited to share it with you.

As you know, the Shelter-in-Place order (now thru May 31) and risks of Covid-19 are affecting all of us, including our yearbook process. As of this date, we do not know when we will be able to get the books into the hands of our buyers. Of course, we, like you, are hoping that it is sooner than later.

Rest assured that if you have purchased a book, it will be available at some point. When? Well this is the big question for all of us. As soon as we have updates, we will be sure to post here on our blog, and share the word through as many venues as possible.

If you have not purchased a book, go to jostens.com -- look for our school and purchase online.

Hello Charger Parents and Students!

As the end of the year fast approaches, we begin our search for a new yearbook team for 2020-2021! If you are interested in applying to yearbook and are not an incoming freshman, please fill out the form https://tinyurl.com/lelandyrbk20 so we can schduele an interview for you later this year.

If you are going to be an incoming freshman for the 2020-2021 school year, you can still join Yearbook by filling out the application at https://tinyurl.com/lelandyrbkapp and returning it to the front office at your school if you attend Bret Harte or Castillero Middle School. If you do not attend one of these middle schools, you can return the application to room J-1 at Leland or email the finished application to us at lelandyearbook@gmail.com

Leland Yearbook is a life-changing opportunity for students to express their creativity, form lasting friendships and acquire valuable skills such as responsibility, ambition, dependability and initiative.
